Meet with our certified halotherapist who will arrange a session in our state of the art salt chamber located in our beautiful salt room. 10 minutes in our chamber is equal to an hour in a salt cave or room and you don’t need to share the space with other people. Halotherapy is very effective for respiratory and skin concerns.

PEMF

Pulsed electromagnetic frequency sessions are very effective in reducing inflammation and pain in the body which allows the body to heal itself more effectively. Meet with our certified PEMF practitioner who will arrange sessions appropriate in duration and intensity for your particular situation.

Relax in our float pod to help with stress, mental health concerns, pain and sleep issues.

My practice philosophy includes customizing an individualized, holistic experience for your self-care & wellness needs. Human touch is one of the oldest healing modalities known to man. I employ a balance of eastern & western practice modalities & evidence-based practice supporting your opportunities for healing. My multifaceted healthcare education & training includes over 20 years as an Usui Reiki Master, licensed & board-certified massage therapist, licensed dental hygienist, and trauma informed practitioner. My focused approach is balancing the science of healing touch with the “art” of providing compassionate, dignified, kind & caring service.

I have been involved in healthcare practice for over 35 years, as a therapeutic care provider, administrator, researcher, consultant & educator. My services include Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) care; Reiki, Swedish & deep tissue massage & temporomandibular joint (TMJ) work. Using aromatherapy, hot stones, & Reiki are wonderful additions to the healing experience. Returning to providing direct client care while allowing for compassionate, supportive & respectful contact is deeply rewarding.
